Backgrounds Using Carrier Bags

I wanted to share a tag that I made for a swap over at Rebel Stampers.  The theme was to create a tag using carrier bags. Here is my creation:
I used a scrunched up carrier bag to apply distress inks in a random fashion over a tag and a die cut of 'Umbrella Man'.  Once happy, I stamped a quote and adhered the die cut to the tag and added some fibres for ribbon.

Nice and easy!
