I chose to make a card for this theme.....
I started by stamping the fabulous Tim Holtz Flutter butterfly stamps. This set is just perfect for me! I coloured them using Alcohol markers then die cut them using the matching dies. How wonderful to have a matching dies set - I really don't like fussy cutting!
My next step was to die cut the mosaic Mixed Media die onto white card.
This was added to a card blank that had been covered using yellow background paper.
To finish, I assembled the butterflies onto the card front and added a few gems.
This shows the dimension created on the card....
So there you go... my entry for the start of the challenge. Do pop over to the Challenge blog and see what the other DT members created. And why not join in with the challenge in the hope to win a voucher to spend at Country View Crafts.
Thanks for looking.
